Gouache painting on paper from an album of eighty-two paintings of Hindu deities. Kneeling Hanumān carries on his back and wings an asana on which Vishnu is seated.
The deity’s feet rest on Hanumān’s upturned palms. On the deity’s forehead is a namam (emblem). In his upper right hand is the chakra (discus) and in his upper left the shankha (conch), and his lower right and left hands are in abhaya and varada mudra.
