This is giloy or amrita.very useful in diabetis, viral fever and improve immune system
You mean amrita valli? yes, it is antipyretic, astringent, and immune booster. Very very bitter, even a gram of it can leave bitter in the tongu throughout the day. But an excellent herb, I guess.
