Shalini can you translate any of this or shall i leave this to my twisted imagination?

There is a link to a book explaining it all David and I haven't read it. There is a range of surgical techniques explained in ancient literature. I could use my (venereologist/sexologist's, not a surgeon's) imagination to explain it but your is probably more interesting than mine.
