The Hindu God Vishnu on His Mount Garuda

But in this idol, he is not carrying usual Sanka, Chakra, Gada n Padma..
A close one at Bhaktapur, Nepal. Near Katmandu
Indian Museum in Kolkata city has this type of idols.
Apologies...This Vishnu on Garuda is at Pashupatinath temple in Katmandu and not at Bakthapur!
