Could be Radharani with Vishaka and Lalita and Radharani had a pet parrot. http://gosai.com/writings/sriya-suka

Lovely picture - could be either really. Both Radharani and Vrndadevi might hold a parrot, but maybe the sakhis holding items as if they are offering them to the central figure might indicate Sri Radha?
