the indus civilization belongs to native of this country ..mainly the Gonds... who lost their lands due to aryan invasion..the gondi writer motiravan kangali has published the book on indus vally scripts and translated and proved that its gondi language...bt nobody will belive that the aadivasi culture can be so bright in older days...shame !!!.

Leeladhar Gondraja: Kindly provide more details of this book by Motiravan Kangali. Most interesting...
even the word BHARAT ..came from gondi wrds ''BHAR TAYYE BHUMI (BHAR-WEIGHT , TAYYE -LIFTING BHOOOMI - LAND) SO SIMPLE AND CORRECT ...BHARAT is feminine cant come from bharat king bcoz its feminine wrd will be bharayi not bharat
extreme left book...he has written many books bt they really need impartial perception and intiation to put the facts and not th myths
Thanks!
Leeladhar: The image of the female deity is uncanny. Can you provide a brief write-up with a good image to enable us post on the RBSI wall?
will try 4 sure bt no good in writing ..still will get it done
Rare book society in which museum are these stamp seals ?
British Museum.
Leeladhar Gondraja: How are you connected with the Gonds?
RBSI & Leeladhar - I am one among the person who follow Iyravatham Mahadevan's efforts to decrypt Indus Script. In the recent time, i had been to a temple in Kumbakonam. Temple Name : Nathan Kovil. In that temple i saw a similar Bull Symbol in one of the pillar. If any of your friends from ASI get a chance to visit this temple, ask them to take a look. It looks similar to the seal in British Museum.
Unicorn or OX ?
do we really have a unicorn symbol too??
Rare Book Society of India I M ONE OF THEM
>> mainly the Gonds
I am tired of quota politics masquerading as history :-(
Leeladhar the monther of all the languages in the world is Sanskrit and not Gond so please go and research where the actual origin of the word Bharat comes from .Thank you Rare Book Society had reckoned that.
and there was no Aryan invasion boss that is a biggest hoax created by the Europeans to have the uper hand on us.
@karan vir thnku for the info ...i am no archeologist or historian i just want to tell people that resercher should consider our part of the story..as we are aadivasis .....nothng can be pass out without our views...but nobody cares....why there is no explanation of script till date of these pictures??....sir i just want to share our writers explanation about the script (i will up the pages soon) ..then we will decide is there any facts in our part of the story ..that all
//the monther of all the languages in the world is Sanskrit // --Not true!
Leeladhar Gondraja I am with you. Although I do not believe in your formulation about the Gonds being pushed out by the Aryans I would agree with you that a comparative study of some of the Central Indian and Deccani tribes' languages and culture with reference to the IVC would yield good dividends. Also that they have much to contribute in the understanding of ancient Indian history.
well appriciated @sumedha verma ojha ..ya agreed and i will put our writers views on invasion or the IVC origin ....and belive me we have very intersting facts to tell
from wikipedia:The continent of Gondwana was named by Austrian scientist, Eduard Suess, after the Gondwana region of central northern India (from Sanskrit gondavana "forest of the Gonds"), from which the Gondwana sedimentary sequences (Permian-Triassic) are also described.
i dont remeber the author name but he is australian or austri dont know bt he studied the dravidian languages and mentioned that 'Gondi is the mother of all dravidian langauges....i dont want to hurt anyone just lets explore the unknown impartially rather than blind critics
There is definite merit in exploring the linkages between parts of India currently classified as "Tribal" and other more settled cultuire.
I am sure, we will find that in the past, as of now, there was a seamless continuum of culture.
However, the above can not happen UNTIL the current made up history of "divisiveness" is firmly rejected -- the rejection of such made up boundries is the first precurosr to a honest exploration of commanlitieis.
Otherwise we are back to the Nehruvian era models.
Leeladhar Gondraja, I would be very interested in new information that you can offer ( May I request you to avoid Wikipedia? We are beyond the Wikipedia stage of discourse and it offers little credibility prima facie).
of course i was just checking have they given any ref for the gondwana land and gonds ..:P well i have to get back to all books i have ....
@sumedha if u can read hindi..i have upd sum pages of our book ..check out
they seem to be in excellent condition
Good work Sumedha... People, please don't reference anything that starts with wiki, it isn't considered anything near credible. Aryan isn't a race, it is a group of languages. We cannot say what the oldest language is, unless we can see it written so, in that case the oldest "Mother" language is Harappa. The earliest example of this Indian script dates to 5500BC pre-dating cuniform by a couple of thousand years.
Where have you uploaded the books? On your own page, is it? Hindi is my mother tongue so of course I can read it.
Leeladhar Gondraja I saw a few pages on your page. Some of the photographs are unclear but what I could read is tremendously interesting. What is the name of this book and where is it available?
book name is haddapa lipi ka urdhvachan ..author is my unlce and he is phd ....spent his entire life and money for finding our own prosperous roots and culture...he has written many books (not known to others as no publicity ) on gondian myths, forts religion and this mentioned book can be milestone for historians but who damn care about??? i will ask the author himself to make copy available and and his contact no tii
Sumedha Verma Ojha -- If you get the book, do share with me too please.
Leeladhar Gondraja, I would be very grateful if these books could be made available. Where is your Uncle based? Maybe one could meet him sometime to learn about these issues? I am very interested in the topic you have raised ( area of research and writing is ancient India).
Will do, Satyakam Sudershan Should it not be the other way around, given I am very far away and you are near the scene of the action?! :)

Leeladhar Please refer to this article that was published in the Daily pioneer recently and posted on this page itself it is befitting to throw some light on the hoax you just mentioned about the so called Aryans invading Saraswati Civilization and not really Indus valley Civilization http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151325993296675&set=a.212955701674.174468.196174216674&type=1&theater
