Gouache on mica (White painting on mica).

These paintings were acquired in 1948 by W.G. Archer from the Patna painter Ishwari Prasad (1870-1950), who had inherited them from his Murshidabad ancestors; he and his Patna forebears had preserved the paintings as models for further paintings.
