The picture above appears to be taken from the famous Shroud of Turin. The shroud, itself, has been shown to be a hoax by radiocarbon dating - originating from the middle ages, not the time of Jesus Christ. This is no reflection on the Christian faith - just some unscrupulous followers of Christianity (as is the case in all religions).
