His style of writing shows not only his vast knowledge (in "The Origin of Species") but also a persuasive style of writing (in "The Descent of Man"). And a sensitive man when he describes how a negro slave lowered his head before him in total submission in South America (in "The Voyage of the Beagle").

Sushil: Did Darwin write his autobiography? I have never heard that. It would be interesting to read that.
