I have a player piano called Pianola from 1916 made by Sherman Clay and Co. I also have quite a few rolls which are recorded music by various artists from early 1900 to the early 1960's. The player pianos were a craze at one time until the advent of radio and TV. Sadly, during the great depression many poor people junked the Pianos and used it for firewood. Now they are rare, my Piano which is modified with a motor driven (instead of pneumatic) works perfectly fine and has real ivory keys. I restored the finish without losing it's antique look.
