This book does not have a Table of Contents. Was there really an author with name Shaikh Chilli? Does any one remember the origin of jokes around a simpleton called Shaikh Chilli?

Ohh, who can forget sheikh chilli? It came in "twinkle" ??? And hindi has incorporated him in itself...
