Romesh Dutt was great uncle of Rajani Plame Dutt who was the uncle of Olaf Palme. Rajani along with Lemens Palm Datt were member sof the Apsotles at Cambridge and had a role to play in founding the Communist Party of England. Rajani Palme Dutt is also said to instrumental in forming the Communist Party of India. His book on Economic History of India was considered to be a tome describing how the India was denuded of its economic prowess during the British rule. Olaf Palme was murdered in the seventies in Sweeden. Of course all this has nothing to do with this volume put out by RBSI but I won't be surprised if the book contains a lot of non-conventional wisdom.
