Gheranda Samhita (Sanskrit gheraṇḍasaṁhitā घेरंडसंहिता ) meaning “Gheranda's collection” is one of the three classic texts of hatha yoga (the other two being the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Shiva Samhita). It is a late 17th-century text and is considered to be the most encyclopedic of the three classic texts on hatha yoga. (Wiki)

Most beautiful painting

I have this in a library in nagpur..being a nutritionist had to read the diet part of ghet and samhita

There is a beautiful Hindi translation of the book by my Gurudev Paramhans Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati ji of Bihar School of Yoga, Munger.

Kedar ragini is most popular raag of Indian classical music. Many popular songs have been composed in this raga. "Tan ko Mann ki shakhti dena. ... Mann vijay karey Doosrun ki jai se Pehle khud ko jai Karen"
